Kverneland Turbo F/T

1. Tillage the Soil
The Kverneland Turbo features a 4-row tine configuration on mounted models and 5 rows on trailed versions. Combined with a 19 cm tine spacing, this ensures excellent mixing and finishing while reducing the risk of blockages. The Turbo can be fitted with either Reflex tines or Triflex 400 tines, along with a range of share options to suit different soil conditions and cultivation tasks.

2. Levelling the Soil
The Turbo offers either levelling tines or a disc system. Both are spring-loaded, with adjustable aggressiveness and working angle. Optional border equipment helps achieve a smooth, even finish.

3. Consolidation
A wide range of rollers completes seedbed preparation, matching varying soil conditions and requirements.

High Vibration for Intensive Mixing
The Reflex tine delivers strong vibration for effective mixing and crumbling. A large coil and 725 mm clearance provide flexibility and consistent share depth, even when the tine releases. Narrow spacing improves soil levelling while reducing coil pressure to extend service life. The Reflex tine suits first or second stubble passes, seedbed preparation, and slurry or manure incorporation. Three share options add versatility.

Triflex Tine 400 – Stability in Tough Conditions
The auto-reset Triflex tine 400 uses Kverneland’s leaf spring system for 400 kg point pressure and smooth obstacle release. Its narrow design ensures strong penetration in compacted or stony soils. Three share options with the Knock-on® system allow quick replacement and easy adjustment for different depths and tasks.

To create an even surface for a fine seedbed, Kverneland offers several levelling options for the Turbo.

Levelling tines provide a simple and cost-effective solution for light to medium soils with normal straw conditions. For heavier residue levels or clay and loamy soils, levelling discs are more suitable. Both systems feature spring overload protection to prevent damage in stony or difficult conditions, with individual springs ensuring consistent levelling quality. Spring pressure and working angle can be adjusted for optimal results.

Trailed models feature an adjustable clod board for improved crumbling and levelling.

Easy conversion from working to transport position.

The three-part hydraulic folding gives a transport width of 3.00m and ensures smooth running and safe road transport.

The Turbo T models are EU homologated at 40km/h with pneumatic brakes. A national homologation (25km/h) with hydraulic brake is also available for specific countries.

A rear triple finger harrow (Enduro Pro and Turbo) provides levelling and controls weed development by pulling the weeds out of the ground so that the roots dry out in the sun.

This is particularly interesting with rhizome and other weeds that could start growing again if they are pressed by a packer immediately after cultivation. Gauge wheels control the working depth of the machine.

The triple finger harrow can be adjusted by the setting angle and the hydraulic pressure via the parallelogram according to conditions.

The rigid Turbo can be fitted with the integrated a-drill for fine rape or mixed seeds, including leguminous and cruciferous varieties. Multiple metering rotors and two fan types are available for precise seed delivery.

Both rigid and trailed Turbo models can also work with a front hopper f-drill and one or two rear distribution heads. Using the f-drill with the ELDOS metering device, seeds are metered, conveyed, and placed via a baffle plate either before or behind the rear roller. Positioning seeds behind the finger-following harrow ensures optimal seed-to-soil contact for reliable establishment.
