Kverneland Qualidisc 2100 T

The Qualidisc 21000 T features an extremely robust frame optimized through FEM calculations for reliability and long service life. The frame is divided into four independent sections with four large 400/60-15.5 front gauge wheels, ensuring excellent ground following across the full working width, even at shallow depths.

The Ground Contour System adjusts pressure on each section in pairs, with two manometers monitoring inner and outer sections to maintain consistent pressure. Balanced weight distribution provides stable high-speed operation without bouncing.

High frame clearance prevents blockages in heavy residues such as maize straw.

At headlands, the machine turns easily on the front gauge wheels and rear roller, with 360° swivelling wheels allowing tight manoeuvres.

The Qualidisc 21000 T delivers excellent working quality even in dry conditions thanks to aggressive discs and high weight, up to 150 kg per disc. Soil is fully cut, stubble is broken, and residues are well mixed to encourage weed and volunteer seed emergence.

The Ø600 mm discs allow working depths from 2 cm to 15 cm and handle large volumes of soil and residues, such as maize. Conical 6 mm thick discs maintain a constant cutting angle regardless of depth.

Heat-treated discs with 55–58 HRC hardness ensure durability and reduced maintenance.

Standard discs are available, while large notched discs improve rotation and self-cleaning in clay soils.

Fast and simple adjustment is essential when field conditions change due to soil type, moisture, compaction, or traffic.

On the Qualidisc T 12.25 m, working depth is easily set using two preset scales, one on the gauge wheels and one on the rear roller, both positioned on the left side for convenient access. Gauge wheels and the rear roller can be adjusted separately to maintain balance between the two rows of discs. Hydraulic control from the cab allows depth changes quickly while working.

Connecting the Qualidisc 21000 T is straightforward, requiring one double-acting valve for the transport wheels and another or load sensing for folding, headland lifting, and pressure adjustment.

Each angled arm is equipped with a large, maintenance-free double ball bearing and a 35 mm axle, capable of carrying heavy radial and axial loads.

Special protection is provided on the side of the arm with a seal featuring five lips and a joint that shields the bearing. On the opposite side, the disc is protected from dust by an O-ring.

The disc hub is secured to the arm with a bolt and special washers that prevent loosening. The bolt is positioned inside the arm to protect it from soil and debris, ensuring long-lasting reliability.
