Kverneland twin-rotor rakes, including the CompactLine and ProLine Series, are built for New Zealand farmers and contractors who need reliable, high-capacity windrowing in demanding conditions. With working widths from 7.2–9.0 m and hydraulically adjustable working and swath widths, they offer flexibility across varying crop volumes. Kverneland CompactLine and ProLine rakes are designed for efficient, reliable performance across a wide range of conditions, with working widths ranging from approximately 7 m to 9 m.

Built on solid, stable frames, these machines combine durability with ease of operation, featuring hydraulically adjustable working and swath widths, actively steered or flexible wheel systems, and transport solutions that minimise height for safe and convenient road travel. Heavy-duty models incorporate robust carrier frames, high-performance gearboxes, and advanced driveline designs to protect against PTO misuse, while features such as individual rotor lifting, simple lift arm suspension, and optional electric height adjustment enhance flexibility and efficiency. Overall, these rakes are engineered to deliver strong crop turning performance with minimal maintenance and maximum adaptability across varying terrains.

ProLine Gearbox

The ProLine rakes feature a unique drive system which comprises oil-immersed pinion and crown wheels
The fully enclosed design ensures full and permanent lubrication, and makes the entire system absolutely maintenance-free
The hardened cam track is adjustable, and features a flat curve and an extremely large 400mm-diameter, providing positive guidance to the steel rollers, and promoting quiet machine running
Aluminium-bearing housings, with two integral ball bearings and wide support, provide solid and maintenance-free tine arm mounting
