Kverneland 8500 Series Proline

The Kverneland 8555 (5.5m), Kverneland 8576 (7.6m) and Kverneland 8590 (9.0m) mounted tedders are designed to perform perfectly in all crop conditions, offering strong, effective and versatile performance with minimal non-productive maintenance and compact transport dimensions.

Featuring a heavy-duty fully closed headstock, they are built for professional operators who demand reliability and durability, while the 8576 and 8590 benefit from a high-performance, maintenance-free driveline for highly reliable power transfer and extremely compact transport. The 8590 also incorporates a highly flexible frame for excellent contour following in demanding conditions.

For larger-scale and heavy-duty operations, the carrier frame models — Kverneland 8590 C (9.0m), Kverneland 85134 C (tedder model 13.4m) and Kverneland 85156 C (15.6m) — are purpose-built to deliver maximum capacity and efficiency.

Thanks to the carrier frame concept, tractor lifting capacity is not a limiting factor, allowing operation with smaller tractors, while a wide track width ensures stable road transport and optional 500mm wide wheels (on 85134 C and 85156 C) enhance ground protection. The 8590 C offers compact storage and transport height through the HexaLink finger clutch system, while the 85134 C (12 rotors) and 85156 C (14 rotors) feature small-diameter rotors and the innovative TerraFlow ground following system, enabling the tedder to move independently of the carrier frame for precise contour following. A specially developed folding sequence ensures safe and fast unfolding, even in hilly terrain, with sequence control preventing damage, and with a strong focus on maintenance-free joints, hinges and gearboxes, in-season maintenance is reduced to an absolute minimum.
