The Fusion Vario is at the forefront of baler-wrapper combination technology, featuring an innovative design that enhances in-field performance and reliability. Equipped with twin 750 mm film dispensers, film break sensors, and easy-load film holders, it also uses a dependable cut-and-hold system to gather plastic to a single point for fast, consistent wrapping. Built to maximise productivity and minimise downtime, the Fusion Vario is a premium solution for efficient, high-output bale wrapping.
The McHale Fusion Vario is a fully integrated baler-wrapper, combining a high-output variable chamber baler with an integrated wrapping ring for seamless operation. It can wrap hay and straw bales from 0.6 m to 1.68 m in diameter, and haylage or silage bales from 1.0 m to 1.45 m.
Transfer System
As the transfer cradle moves the bale towards the wrapping ring, the wrapping roller closest to the bale chamber pivots out of the way, which reduces the height the bale has to travel to get to the wrapper. This clever system saves time, as the patented system moves the bale quickly, ensuring the McHale Fusion Vario delivers the highest possible output.
Tip Roller
The McHale Fusion Vario can wrap bales from 1 metre up to 1.45 metres with ease. The patented tip roller adjusts its height in the line with bale size to ensure the plastic always goes onto the centre of the bale, regardless of the bale diameter. This ensures the correct overlap is always achieved.
