Matt, a fully qualified heavy automotive diesel technician had a decade of hands-on experience behind him and had previously worked in the agricultural and viticulture sectors, including several years in a management role, before he and wife Cherie started the company. Initially, it was just him and his red truck while Cherie managed the books from home alongside her job at a local accounting firm.

Over the years the company has expanded to a team of fourteen; professionals across four departments: service, parts, sales, and administration, along with a fleet of four service vehicles.
